Oh Saturdays!

Today...much later today, I have the day off!!! It is rare that I have a saturday off these days...between weddings & portraits. I have big plans to spend the day with my boys! I cannot wait. I don't have another saturday off until October...so this is exciting! Not sure exactly what we're going to do yet...but it really doesn't matter. I just want to be with them :)

That also reminds me to let you all know that I am now booking portraits for August & November. Those will be the only months I'm doing portraits, due to a busy fall wedding season. Anyways...have a happy Saturday everyone! Hope you spend it doing something fun! :) Oh and since every blog-post MUST have a few photos...below are some from my sweet babies newborn shoot back in March. He was so little then-only a month old! These are the most current nice photos of us 3...so they will have to do for now! We do have our very own family shoot next month and I'm SO excited!!! Whitney & Jordan: Pinterest Wedding

Whitney & Jordan's wedding was so much fun! Whitney is one of the many reasons I love my job...she is a client that became a friend. Their wedding took place at the Shaffer Ranch. It was the perfect location for their beautiful wedding :) There were soooo many adorable details...you could tell that Whitney worked so hard to put it all together. I just LOVED the look and feel of her wedding. As she would say, it was a "pinterest wedding", haha.

I started the day shooting the gorgeous bride getting ready. This is probably one of my favorite parts of a wedding day. Time seems to move slow. It's when everything begins and the excitement and anticipation start to really build. Then when she finally puts on her dress...it becomes real! It's also fun, quality time with the bride and all her closest friends. Who doesn't love girl time!?

The rest of the day just flew by! Beautiful ceremony. Such a fun reception! Whitney & Jordan are such a great couple...they fit together so well :) So thankful to know them and thankful that I got to be part of the best day of their lives! It was a honor shooting your wedding, Whitney & Jordan...thank you! Have fun being married! I hope you all enjoy my many favorites from the day :)
