As some couples prefer, they choose to have a "first look". It's such an honor to be part of these special once in a life time moments :) This allowed us to get ALL the photos done ahead of time and have a little more time then usual to do so. The bridal party was great...so much fun! We not only got to take couple photos of the bride & groom before...but we snuck away when we arrived at the reception location and got a few more. I have to say, that I now LOVE, LOVE shooting at golf courses! The light bounces off the smooth greenery so nicely and the landscaping is always gorgeous there!!
The wedding took place at Bidwell Pres. Church. I have always wanted to shoot there. It's a beautiful traditional church, with big windows and plenty of natural light! Which is a good thing...since you can't use a flash there! The reception took place at Butte Creek Country Club. It was a very elegant atmosphere :) Loved the colors and vintage look of the bridal party. The jewelry, flowers, dresses...and of course the gorgeous bride went so great together, with a vintage flare!

Yes you had a great couple to work with and you caught Rachels personality so well. Your photos were exactly what she wanted and you so captured her so well. They were awesome and the day was awesome. You really did a great job and they are all treasures.
